Arrived today. I programmed it myself—was a bit nervous, but it worked perfectly! I used the 30-minute programming method (basically 3 minutes of actual steps and 27 minutes of waiting for the dash to allow the next phase). This method is for when you have either NO smart key or only ONE smart key. What I learned is that if you already have TWO programmed keys, you can use the much faster method instead. But if you don’t, then the 30-minute method is the way to go. Very satisfied!----------------I'm posting here the method I used. ---------------------REMEMBER THAT BEFORE YOU EXIT THE PROGRAMMING PROCESS, YOU’LL NEED TO REPROGRAM YOUR OLD KEY FOB AS WELL—THIS METHOD ERASES ALL PREVIOUSLY STORED KEYS AND PROGRAMS NEW ONES ONLY.If there are no currently recognized transmitters available, follow this procedure to program up to eight transmitters. This feature is not available in Canada. This procedure will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. The vehicle must be off and all transmitters to be programmed must be with you.1. Remove the vehicle key from the transmitter.2. Insert the vehicle key into the key lock cylinder on the driver door handle; then turn the key counterclockwise, to the unlock position five times within 10 seconds. The Driver Information Center (DIC) displays REMOTE LEARN PENDING, PLEASE WAIT3. Wait for 10 minutes until the DIC displays PRESS ENGINE START BUTTON TO LEARN, then press the ENGINE START/STOP button. The DIC display will again show REMOTE LEARN PENDING, PLEASE WAIT.4. Repeat Step 3 two additional times. After the third time all previously known transmitters will no longer work with the vehicle. Remaining transmitters can be relearned during the next steps. The DIC display should now show READY FOR REMOTE # 1.5. Place the new transmitter in the transmitter pocket/insert. Open the center console storage area and the storage tray. The transmitter pocket/insert is in front of the storage area next to the center console storage area between the driver and front passenger seats.6. Press the ENGINE START/STOP button. When the transmitter is learned, the DIC display will show that it is ready to program the next transmitter.7. Remove the transmitter from the transmitter pocket/insert and press unlock or lock on the transmitter.To program additional transmitters, repeat Steps 5–7. When all additional transmitters are programmed, press and hold the ENGINE START/STOP button for approximately 12 seconds to exit programming mode.8. Return the key back into the transmitter.

2020 Silverado. Keyless start. When programming with having two good fobs, the instructions in your owners manual does not tell you to push the start button twice or three times to complete the setup. It does work so I rate this product 5 stars. The way it worked for me. I placed my two known working fobs in the passenger seat. I placed the new transmitter in the center key pocket (depending on three seats or two seats) this will be different. Mine is a three seat so in my bottom compartment, there is a pocket in the rear of that. I took the key from one of the fobs and put it in my drivers door lock and turned it to unlock 5 times fast ( within 10 seconds) the dash lit up remote 3. I sat back in the drivers seat, left my door open and pressed the start button held it for a second and did that 3 times and the vehicle asked for remote 4. I took the new fob and hit the unlock and lock button and it worked. I then held the start stop button and pressed the brake until it said start vehicle to exit application.

Perfect, seems just like OEM (2020 GMC Sierra) to me and very easy to program yourself IF you have two working remotes already available. If not, it can still be done, but a little more cumbersome
