Almost OEM
Surprisingly good quality! It feels good and substantial, like the OEM. Only noticeable difference is the lack of the Chevy Bowtie on the back. I did try to use the back of the OEM fob but it would not fully snap together. Small price to pay visually for a much better value. Highly recommend.

Mine looks like a new original now.
This shell case made my old one look really bad. Out side of the fact that it doesn't have a brand logo on the back, it looks and feels like one that is on the showroom floor of the dealer. Just remove the metal key and pry to old case apart where the key comes out and remove the guts and batteries. Put the guts and battery in the new shell case and squeeze it together. Takes about 2 minutes if you take your time. You can have the key cut by a locksmith to match the old key for a spare door key. The leather fob is nice too. The little screwdriver was not used by me.
