An absolutely amazing water filter- Water tastes so much better and I feel so good knowing my family are drinking clean water. Klar are an amazing brand. They are always on hand to answer any questions/resolve any issues with the jug. I cannot recommend them enough. Perfect jug for filtering out the nasties in our water. It’s easy to clean and pour, and the filters last 60 days. The replacement filters are also very reasonably priced.

I have been buying SAKA bottled alkaline water for years and was looking for an alternative to having to buy bottles of water. I came across the KLAR alkaline water jug and I can honestly say it’s been a real joy. I tested it against the SAKA water bottle and it tasted just like the SAKA water. It’s easy to fill , quick tip, put it in the sink and watch to make sure it doesn’t overflow the cartridge section or the water will spill down the handle). I know it sounds silly saying that but it’s so easy to focus on the lid when filling it up instead of paying attention to the filter tank to make sure it doesn’t overflow. The cartridge lasts 2 months and actually counts down the days so you can see when it is about to run out. I bought two extra cartridges which I think were £10.99 for 2, which means I won’t need to buy any till around June. The jug is a good size and holds quite a lot of water. I’m extremely pleased. Well done KLAR. Great value, great product.

Bought this 3 months ago and I love it. It really does filter pretty much all the impurities, microplastics etc and leaves the water tasting so good that I cant go back to regular tap water the same.The cleaning is easy, the water clarity is wonderful and the filter works very fast and so you don't need to wait long.

Trying to live a clean lifestyle in the 21st century is no mean feat. I needed a budget conscious solution to access water free of chlorine, fluoride and other contaminents - enter the klar. First impressions were great - an instant difference in taste and texture, pure and clean.The built in timer is easy to operate, running on a 60 day countdown which is the alleged life of the filter - however, I found mine started to lose efficacy in under half that. The included literature does state mileage will vary with use, and I do drink 8 full glasses a day - however, I would have liked to have made it to the 30 day mark before noticing a drop in quality (no pun intended).As for the construction, glass is always preferred but at this price point to have PFA free plastic is adequate. The door on the top of the lid works well, however the seal of the lid itself could be improved - frequently I have found water leaking from the chamber when filled to capacity, so this is something to watch out for.Given that a reverse osmosis system is an extremely costly investment, and in some cases impractical, the Klar is an excellent filter system at this price point and is incredibly portable. Leaky lid and low filter life aside, it still annhialates rival competitors such as Brita for it's filtration abilities alone. I'm giving it a solid 4 stars, and hope to see an improved version soon.

I bought this water filter jug for the primary benefit to significantly improve the taste & quality of my tap water by removing the impurities and to reduce my plastic waste associated with buying bottled water and i'm so glad that I did as it's fab, it's the perfect size, stylish, easy to use and to keep clean, reasonably priced and easily meets all of my expectations.I highly recommend giving it a try.

I purchased the Klar Water Filter Pitcher about 17 months ago. I was looking for a filter pitcher that removed Fluoride, Lead, Pesticides and other "nasties". The Klar pitcher is said to remove 95% of fluoride and 99% of forever chemicals andpharmaceuticals. The thing that really sold it to me was that it had been independently tested in the UK. I am very happy with this pitcher, no bad smells, a large capacity, quick filtration of water and the filter lasts for 2 months before it needs replacing. Something that I didn't realise when first buying the pitcher is that after removing the "bad stuff" from tap water it then remineralizes the water.Less than a week ago I had to contact Klar. I had broken the small hinged flap that lets in the water on the pitcher lid. I had done this when installing a new filter and the breaking of this part was more down to my heavy- handiness than a fault of the item. I contacted Klar asking if I could purchase a replacement part. They were kind enough to send me a new replacement lid which I have just received - Fantastic after sales service.This is a honest review. I don't generally leave reviews but felt that I should give credit where credit due. I Highly recommend the Klar water filter pitcher.

Great jug, filters water through so quickly and is crystal clear and tastes good. We had a problem with the filter screen turning off, contacted Klar and they have sent a new jug for us. Great customer service.

The water is incredible, significantly better tasting than brita/ costco and other companies I've tried....but the build and wear of this jug is really poor. It's plastic for a start and for the price and company ethos, it should be glass. The spout is wide and pours out too much water each time, and the spout already broken and I had it 2 months.It's not a family friendly jug either, I'm always terrified it will break if any of my kids hold it. The seal at the bottom has already broken off too.I think the customer service is excellent so I'm hoping the pieces can be fixed but for the price and concept, it needs significant improvement for me to recommend.
