KitchenAid Ksmhap Attachment Hub Accessory Pack, Silver

No complaints about the vendor. My issue is with KitchenAid. I have a few attachments but certainly did not "wear out" this piece. With the price Kitchen Aid charges for their mixers and I've purchase 3 in my life things like this medallion should never need replacing and if it did KitchenAid should replace it for nothing. It's a necessary item for looks. I once had to replace the metal band at the top of a mixer as well. I am not a commercial baker. We bake at holidays and birthdays like most people. If you want my advice, buy KitchenAid because most just care about the color. Buy a lift back and not a drop down bowl and get all over KitchenAid to replace things like this for free. BTW the glass bowl is awesome. If you decide not to die on that hill buy from this vendor. They shipped the part quickly at a reasonable price.

I liked everything about this product.

This was a perfect replacement piece for my KitchenAid.

I don't know what I did with my original piece. I was doing a lot of prep work for the holidays and it disappeared. I had to order a replacement and this was a perfect fit for a tilt head mixer. I just wish I could of bought the piece and not the screw as I didn't loose that of course.

So my twin sister reluctantly let me use her father-in-law’s inherited KitchenAid mixer and I was ecstatic. She try to take it back for me the next day but I was not done making cookies so I put up one heck of a fight. It’s an older model KitchenAid and this little part fell off in my cookie dough. It was a hush-hush kind of thing so I had to quickly get online and order the replacement part and replace it without telling her or her husband. I ended up telling them after I had replaced it that way they can no longer be upset or throw a fit because they’re so stingy with letting me borrow their stuff thinking I’m going to break it. I did not break it it just literally fell off in my cookie dough. This replacement piece went right on and I was so thankful I was able to find it on Amazon and that it got here quick. I would say it got here before my cookies were done But that would be a lie. Problem solved with a simple Amazon order and the price was right.

Good quality metal and it fits the older as well as newer Kitchenaid accessory hubs. The one I received does not have black paint for the “KitchenAid” label. Just plain chrome. I think the older ones had the lettering painted. It works fine and looks fairly authentic.

After the original hub cover broke off this is a decent substitute. This is not a replacement for the original hinged one that came with my mixer it's just an insert
