...alright, really only one pun:"Hey dad, how's that Spelt?"Me: "S-P-E-L-T" (or sometimes: "T-H-A-T")But all seriousness aside, it's an interesting substitute for oats, slightly more interesting flavor (or maybe just unusual). At 3-4x the price of rolled oats, it just isn't worth the price.

I like this brand better than the last brand I was getting. Good for my cereal in the morning.

Even better than oatmeal in taste and consistency! Has a delightful nutty/earthy flavor and is supple with a great mouthfeel. Give it a try! It’s seriously so good!
