About 1000 calories a day. Jenny Craig is 1200 a day. I did add a piece of fruit as a snack once a day because I was a little hungry. Also a sugar free jello sometimes but I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks when followed strickly

Q: Can any of this be refrigerated? I'm pretty sure i dont have enough freezer space?

Some of the snacks but most need to be in the freezer. They are small portions so they don’t take a ton of space. The frozen food is a lot better than the non frozen foods

Varies slightly based on your food choice but the food is high fiber high protein food. Low fat and lower sodium that lean frozen dinners at the grocery store
