Compact and great for upper body workout
This arm trainer is an awesome addition to my home gym! The adjustable resistance makes it perfect for all fitness levels. It has helped me build strength in my arms, chest and shoulders. The build quality is solid and feels durable. It is super easy to assemble and easy to use.

It’s good but could be better.
Wish it allowed for a little more extension for those with longer arms as well as some workout routines to go with it. Also, it’s shipped from China so it takes a lot longer to get to you.

Excellent contraption.
I love this. This isn’t cheap. It’s a legit piece of machinery out to transform your arms and chest. You definitely should have your wheaties before utilizing the arm curls. Order this.

Great work out
Just received it today very simple to put together and it works great I got a good work out in 20 minutes and I was tired and it really works.

Resistance is not at all variable
It is false that you can greatly vary the resistance. The device comes with only one set of springs (the middle segment) and that is invariable, so although you can vary the torque a tiny bit by adjusting the arm length, the spring setting is NOT variable at all. I am a triathlete and can get no where near the variety of possibilities that I can with push-up variations. Sadly, will have to return. Resistance is key to training and telling the buyer the resistance can vary from between 40 lb to 100 lb is patently a false claim.

The shipping needs improvement..
The only reason I only give 3 stars is,the shipping was terrible.. The product arrived in good shape and is a good quality product!
