I use these to get my required protein. I had tried mixing my shakes for different taste, even added the protein coffee powder to create a new taste. They have a good shelf life and is as great as their milk products. You can add it to milk for less protein but still have a great tasting drink.

I bought this product because someone recommended it saying it tastes exactly like Hersheys chocolate milk. I tried it for the first time today and it doesn’t taste anything like that. Has a very weird aftertaste that I can’t describe. Going back to Premier shakes as they taste 100% better
