Really well put together and provided a great evening of fun for all the family! Our 11 year old god daughter made an excellent GM as it was nicely presented for her to be able to lead us through.

Bought to create a game night on New Year’s Eve. 3 adults a 12 year old and a 9!year old had a fantastic night chatting, working together and sharing. The quality is excellent the images on each section of the story are beautiful and really relate to the story - everyone loved it. Only one very very minor issue one of the activities asks you to plot onto a grid and two A6 plots are in the instructions - this did not detract from the resilt. What is fantastic is that you cannot cheat you have to work through each challenge to solve it. The whole family loved it and because we took time it lasted all night.

Loved it! 6 of us played this, ranging from age 10 to 77. The 16 year old didn't fancy it so he played as the master reading out clues etc. We all really enjoyed it. A great way to spend a rainy Sunday!

This is a fun "escape room in a box". It is suitable for mixed groups and there are activities/puzzles that will appeal to many. If you are a seasoned "escaper" then this will be a bit easy or disappointing.Some setting up is required and if you have youngsters then this might be best done in advance. Talking of ages, I think this would be better pitched at around 13 up - it's not about the content but about the difficulty.Overall, it should take between 60 mins and 90 mins to play.

We did this as a family over Christmas. It's lots if fun with easy puzzles that tye kids can complete.

This is a great escape room game that you play at home. Suitable for a wide age range, we played it with a 9 yr old, 11 yr old and adults. Not overly challenging for the younger people or too easy for the adults, although those used to escape rooms may find this a little easy. That doesn't matter though as it's well thought out and entertaining to play.Thoroughly recommend.

I ordered the Talking Tables Escape The Enchanted Castle Game for my 5 year old son to give as a gift to friends who have an 11 year old son and 15 year old daughter.The plan was to play this together over the Christmas and New Year holidays.My son is too young to play it, but he could easily help setup the cards and join in with the fun.The product arrived neatly packaged and in immaculate condition.I love the brand and styling which is very professional and appealing.We rehearsed setting up the game and all of the cards in advance, as this can take some time.The video of the wizard was quite amusing and did add a sense of light heartedness to the game.We played with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and with my little boy as key assistant.It took approximately 1h 45 to complete the tasks and activities, and to escape the castle.The additional photo prop is a nice finishing touch.Everyone enjoyed taking part in the game, and despite being a physical game, we didn't get bored at all.Overall, a lovely concept and well executed escape room game suitable for ages 9+ and for up to 6 players.It was challenging enough for complete novices and for escape room enthusiasts. The escape the enchanted castle set is great quality and priced competitively compared to similar products.
