Exterior is decent, but it’s barely padded, making it far too thin for protection.
Overall, this is a decent bag if you’re just looking for a bag. I got it for a karaoke system that is similar in size to the JBL so it fits it quite nicely. The bag’s quality is above-average in terms of how I perceive its zippers, durable exterior, and soft interior (though it is just slightly above average here, with the “average” being low-quality in my opinion).The interior is technically padded, but I would hesitate to call it padded since it is quite minimally done. There’s no hard bottom, so it could sag under the weight and doesn’t really prorect the interior from any shocks or vibrations. If this is merely something you want to use as a stationary bag or for light transport, it’s fine. The problem is that I wouldn’t rely on it for any protection (other than from dust) since it really does lack serious padding.Hope this helps!
