There was a mix up with my order but vendor made right and got me the chair I ordered. Now let me say this, normally I would have given a 3 star for the mix up, but the chair OMG 😳 I sit for 10 hours a day at my work from home job, couple that with lower back and tail bone issues from a car accident in 2018 and I'm constantly in pain. My old chair by the time my shift ended I was miserable and almost in tears. I knew I needed something soft and sturdy, and everywhere I looked seemed to only sell firm chairs. So this one the seat looked thick and I took a chance and OMG it was worth every freaking penny!!! I love this chair, the fabric is well made and soft to touch, it has helped immensely with my back pain and sitting long hours. I have used for about a week now. Took about 20 mins to put together. Love the fact there's no arms, I have a u shaped desk and they were constantly getting in the way. Love the seat is big and wide. Love the cushion is super thick and soft for my bum. It it a little tall, I'm 5'5 but I have a foot stool for that and honestly if that's the only bad thing I'd take 5 more if I had the money. The confusion with the product was a little inconvenient, but the vendor contacted me back immediately, and sent me out the right product the very next day shipped. So great customer service in helping and understanding my situation and needs. If I had the money I'd by another right now. Plan on getting a back up one very soon as it is soooo worth it.

Love this chair! So comfortable. Super easy to assemble, did it in under 30 minutes. Size is great! I am 5’8 and sitting cross legged this chair still leaves excess room! Great height, able to move up and down. I would make sure to measure the height and width of the area under your desk because it is pretty big! Great value and price. Super sturdy and functional! Beautiful color as well.

I love this chair so much, it’s very cushioned, and comfortable. My only complaint is the rollability, it is a bit stiff on the wheels when it rolls, and I have to pick it up to adjust it sometimes. Other than that the sturdiness, support, and color is all perfect. I would take a picture of it, but I’m using it right now while I’m on break, lol. It was also very easy to put together.

Love this chair. Love the look and comfort level, BUT it's literally the loudest chair in the world. I weigh 100 lbs and it sounds like I'm going to break it when I re-situate myself on it... which can be annoying when I'm doing virtual meetings and sessions. That being said, the fabric is doing okay so far and I sit in it all day 5 days a week! It was easy to put together and looks expensive.

I've only just received this chair, but first, it came packaged well. Then, it was simple to put together by myself. Next, it is beautiful. Looks just like the picture. Also, it's Monday morning and I am starting my week sitting in it now and it is SO comfy, so far. The ONLY negative, is that it doesn't roll very well. I personally don't care because I sit at my desk and work all day and don't roll around much, It does roll if I need it too, it just isn't smooth and easy. I can change the casters out really quickly and easily if it ever becomes a necessity. Also, it's silent, even on the rocking setting. Love that! Overall so far, GREAT buy.

- I would like to start with the fact that this chair is really simple and easy to build. Took me about 35 min- If you are looking for a chair that rolls like butter this might not be the best option for you. It definitely rolls but more like if the butter was really refrigerated and not at room temp. Not complaining though it rolls.- the base of the chair is wide, giving you space to sit Criss cross apple sauce. Or if you are a thick queen, you won’t be hanging out the side you know. I could be wrong so to be exact the base is about 22 inches wide.-I would recommend not sitting too far back for you would fall backwards due to the fact that the back rest and base are compact.- The chair is pretty sturdy.- the chair does seem to be taller than imagined. I’m 5’3 and the base of the chair is right above my knee.- This chair is actually really comfortable, but I will say, the back rest of the chair is a bit stiff. Just throwing it out there since some people like stiff chairs. The pillow it comes with does help with the comfortability level.- Overall this chair is 5 of 5 worth the 100 bucks.Sorry there are no pictures but my room is a mess but other pictures from other reviews under this product are accurate!

The fabric is very soft, and I love the support of the high back. The only issue I have with this chair is that it was made to look like it had a ton of overstuffing and padding for the seat, but it doesn't. I could actually feel the hard surface of the seat through the cushion and had to purchase a seat cushion to sit on.I wanted so badly to love this chair, but I just don't, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you're OK with using a seat cushion and perhaps a back cushion.It also sits up super high, so I had to get a monitor stand, so I wasn't hurting me neck when working.Overall, I'd give this chair 3/5.

The bigger you are, the more you will like this. It is higher than illustrated. While the distance from the floor to the bottom of the seat is 18 inches, there are another 5 inches of foam, only perhaps a third of which compresses. Unless you are tall, this will not take your knees to a 90 degree angle. The foam is quite firm -- again bigger people will appreciate this. One-person assembly is extremely difficult because the holes under the seat to attach the back are 1.5-2 inches from lining up. You have to put your entire body weight on the seat (perpendicular to the floor, where the back is flat) to compress the foam of both the back and the seat enough to line up the holes, and then you have to feel around to finally locate the hole with the screw while not decreasing the pressure to compress the foam. It is doable but difficult and time consuming. Once constructed, however, it is very solid.
