This magnesium oil has already proved its value. Although I have difficulty spraying it where I need to I found that if I spray it in my hands, I can make sure that it gets delivered to the areas that it is needed most. Bought this in OCT and here’s my update!I’m mostly on my feet all day at work and they get sore to the point where it hurts the next day and yet I have to keep walking on them.THIS SPRAY! After work, spray and massage into the bottom of your feet, and wait for the magic/science to work. 15 to 30 mins, I already feel a slight difference. I spray before I go to bed as well and I wake up feeling a lot less sore !My other half has joint pain in his knees and I used it on him as well, IT WORKED !I noticed that it does put me in relax mode and makes going to sleep a lot easier as well.Side note: the spray is not oily and dries pretty fast. It might leave your skin more dry than usual but it already recommends you can use moisturizer with it. As for scent, it’s not intense, it’s like a hint of it.I’m sure there’s more benefits to this spray but as of right now, it helps with sore feet and joint pain.If you’re still reading this, idk why you haven’t added it to your cart already. If you don’t need it, buy it for your old loved ones/hardworking family members/friends. I’m sure they would appreciate it!

I used on the bottom of my feet like google said these products are to be used to help me sleep. It dried my skin on the bottom of my foot out extremely bad ( still working on them to to get better) it happened in less then a week of using

They product works great but it's very difficult to spray the backs of your legs. A pump bottle would be much easier.
