I Normally supplement Corebolics Whey isolate for achieving my daily protien needs but I have to travel sometimes. so i was looking for alternative and I had one of this. I like the really like the taste but it makes your mouth dry a little. and the amount of calories is is pretty high around 400Kcal its like meal. if you dont have time for food and want to have it on the go this is good option. I will taste other flavours and will let you know the how others also taste• Good-1. 30Gm of protein2. Tasty3. Portability• Bad1. Costly2. Dries of mouth

The package arrived in very bad condition, but since it was not returnable, I had to keep it. Fortunately, each bar inside is independently packed, so they were unharmed.Now, talking about the product, the taste is very delicious. It is good for people who are looking for healthy on the go snacking options which have high protein content. But there is a catch, if you read the ingredients on the back label, it says Maltitol. This sugar alcohol is known to have very high Glycemic index i.e. 52, which makes this product unfit for people who have diabetes, or people who are cutting carbs on low carb diets or keto must avoid this product.

I love this Protein Bar. It is really satiating. If you cannot cook or are looking for a quick high protein meal then you should really buy this bar. Also, 361 calories isn't too high when you get a meal that's tasty, high in protein and keeps you satiated for a longer period of time.

Too sweet compared to other products in this segment. I have also tried MB 20grm protein bar, that would be a better choice over this one. It has 12% sugar alcohol instead of Sugar which makes this really sweet in taste. Considering a healthy choice, they should reduce this sweetness.
