Good texture and cheesy (but in a good way).
I use this for a foundation for what I call a whenever casserole. Follow the directions on the box. About 10 minutes before they're done you put a layer of s cooked sausage and chilies then cheese then a layer of about 6 beaten eggs and bake for around 10 minutes. Then just as the eggs r cooked you put another layer of cheese. Great stuff
