I love this magnesium. Hands down the best I've ever taken. However, over the past couple of purchases, they have increased the cost and it now comes in a plastic bottle. One of the reasons I loved this product so much is because of the glass bottles (I did save my previous bottle and moved the vitamins to a glass bottle but I'm sure the damage was already done by the initial packaging). We have enough microplastic consumption in our diets. For a supplement "health" company to switch to plastic bottles and increase the cost of their product is not looking out for the customer but for their bottom line. Not sure I will be purchasing it again, it's a shame because this is a really good product.

So far, the Magnesium Glyceride work really well! I have problems taking certain vitamins, but these worked right away. I sleep better and my body doesn’t ache as much! Highly recommend these if you struggle with Menopause or if your body feels fatigued!

Excellent product. I take it about a half hour before bed and it helps me sleep so much better!

Great product for energy

I have been taking one to two of these each night to help with sleep and muscle health and have found that it improves my sleep significantly without any GI side effects. I don't always stick with supplements, but this one is a 100% take. We have kids, so, for a while we were sharing a can of Calm gummies with the kids that are the citrate version of magnesium, but found that this could cause some stomach issues to pop up when taking every day. I liked these enough to recommend them to my mom when she started having restless legs and sleep issues. She is taking them consistently and getting relief from her restless legs. Note, it wasn't a silver bullet for her problem, but a huge help the majority of the time.
