Leaves slick greasy feeling in my mouth
The vanilla taste was good, not too strong or too faint. But it left a gross greasy feeling in my mouth, like I had just eaten a bite of shortening. Great price, great protein level. But I'm not ordering again. I wish I knew what the ingredient was that left that feeling so I can avoid it in other protein powders as well (although this is the only protein powder I've ever had that with and I've tried at least 5-6 brands.

I purchased this to try and incorporate some more protein into my diet as having high cholesterol makes it difficult. Unfortunately, I just couldn't get past the taste. While adding some cinnamon helped a tiny bit, nothing I added made it palatable. I even tried using 1/4 of the recommended amount of powder to weaken the flavor, but it still had me gagging. Someone recommended I add peanut butter but that made it 10x worse. I was really hoping, based on the other reviews, that this would be a mild flavor but it's sooo potent. As it stands, I can't recommend subjugating anyone to this tongue torture.

Ok protein powder
On first glance this looks like a good product with good macros and the claim of easy mixability. The product does mix very well; however, the flavor is not as strong as I would have liked. The vanilla really tasted like just a small splash of vanilla. To overcome the limited flavor mixing with milk does help. If you are looking for a nice protein that you can mix with just water, this might not be the one. Of note the scoop is also quite large at over 40 grams. Overall it gets the job done of being a reliable way of getting your protein in.
