Ok for the price
I purchased this for my 15 year-old son because he was trying to gain more hand strength. I like that there is an adjustment to give you the ability to create more resistance. The handle feels a little flimsy, but is holding up. I hope it just lasts long-term for the price point that I paid. Overall, so far so good.

Love this kit for the price it’s amazing. Not sure if the poundage is correct but if it is I’m stronger than I thought. Big bang for your buck

Needs better grip
Works as expected. I wish the counter was located on the top so it would be easier to see. I picked this one because it had the rubber grip that is contoured for your hand. But so far it’s not a very comfortable grip. Maybe it’ll feel better with more use.

Great Value If You're Starting Grip
I got these to add to my grip strength training and recovery from an ulnar nerve tear. One of the adjustable squeeze trainers has a completely broken counter, but both will adjust and feel proper in the hand. The stress/thumb egg and the extensor trainer are WONDERFUL, the donut is useless unless warming up or very weak (Children? Women?). Overall, this is a great STARTER kit. It feels like it wouldn't make it through a full 6 mo of religious training. But everyone starts somewhere and overdoing it right out of the gate is a great way to get hurt. START HERE!
