I bought the couch and two swivel chairs with foot stools. Made of good quality heavy metal. putting it together does require two people. If you have a power tool with the Alen wrench bit it makes the job goes so much smoother. This is really an upgrade to our deck.

After a little effort, I was able to contact Sophia Williams directly and they immediately solved my issue. 2 chairs were not delivered but will arrive quickly now. The furniture is quality.

UPDATE: to be fair to the seller, I need to follow up to the original review below. The company finally found the furniture pieces after quite a lot of back and forth. The method of communication, I believe, has a lot to do with my issues. You can’t speak directly to someone and you have to wait 48 hours for responses; therefore, there is a lot of lag time between waiting for results and communicating with the seller. That being said, in the end, the seller did live up to what they agreed to do. The furniture is great quality, it was easy to assemble (takes some time but that is expected), and we have used it every night since getting it. Furniture quality is a 5 star, assembly 4 star (5 with help), customer service 2/4star (2 because of the method of communication and 4 to the two agents who helped along the way.)So there you go, that’s my update. Been weeks with lame excuse after lame excuse. Logistics lost it, we are looking, if you don’t hear from us in two days we will send a new shipment (that one was used twice) please be patient….avoid the seller on this. I may not see the rest of my furniture because of this but at least you are warned..

It is very comfortable to sit on, beautiful to look at, of excellent quality, and easy to install!

This is the effect of putting it in the backyard after installation. The color blends perfectly with the backyard. It is simply perfect! I can rest and chat with my family here on weekends. It is very easy to assemble, and it only took me half an hour. The fabric and thickness of the pillows and cushions are very good, and it is very comfortable to sit on. Despite the exposure to rain and sun, it still looks brand new. A great investment for outdoor seating!

Terrible to put together and they didn’t send the fire place or the bottom couch cushions and trying to contact them is a joke DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!
