Best purchase we ever made
This bidet was easy to install. It took about 20 minutes. There are no leaks. The water temperature is not bad. Even in the winter it maintains about 55 degrees because it comes from a tank in the basement. We have our own underground well. We purchased two bidets so we have one on each floor. They are so helpful, especially for those who are older and for those who have disabilities, such as back pain or limited mobility.

lifesaver after back surgery!
i purchased this prior to spinal fusion surgery after reading reviews on sooo many other models. it checked all my boxes: affordable, well-reviewed, simple - nothing fancy, and the installation video looked doable. my friend and i installed it at the last minute the nite before the operation and although the toilet's plumbing was a little wonky, we got it done. and thank goodness for that. every soul that's had that type of surgery, and the surgeons, recommended a bidet as #1 item to purchase in preparation (#2 item is tool to wipe your bum ☺️). i love it, it's so easy to operate and does what it's supposed to do. i hope it holds up for a long time!

Upset it did not fit my toilet
I encountered this bidet in my friend's house and loved it so !such that I bought it for myhouse however it did not fit my toilet so I had to return it but if it fits your toilet it works well and is one of the best bidets I have encountered.

Great for first time bidet buyers
Ok, soAs a woman, I've had a lot of utis throughout my life and along with the occasional hemorrhoid, I wanted to give a bidet a try. I can't afford one of those fancy heated ones and wanted to try one and found this one one a flash sale with a coupon. I got it for like $16 or something.I have no experience with plumbing but I was able to figure it out. Here are the steps I did:1. Clean your toilet - don't want to start this off by removing a nasty seat (I always clean my toilet once a week but thought to add this for others)2. Take off your toilet seat (flip up/remove the top part near the bowl to reveal the screws, then under the toilet there will be the nut that unscrews)2a. Clean under your toilet seat lol3. Follow the pre setup instructions by flipping up the nozzle on the bidet piece4. Place the main bidet part and replace your toilet seat5. Before you do any unscrewing for pipes - TURN OFF YOUR WATER - you should have a value that is on bottom of the pipe on the wall6. Flush your toilet twice, until there is no water left and you are sure your water line is cut off7. ***Make sure you have a towel and large bowl on hand***Place your bowl under the pipes to catch the water - there will be some water that is left in the pipe itself8. There is a rubber washer that is provided that goes into the T-adapter (you can see it on the diagram and I've circled it in the instructions picture i attached to make it easier to figure out)9. Unscrew the water pipe at the top of the toilet and attach the T-adapter10. Look at the pipe provided from the bidet, one side has a mesh piece and the other doesn'tThe instructions don't specifically say which said to put where but I figured out from the picture that the washer goes on the mesh side because the other end of the pipe already had a rubber piece inside. So you put the mesh part closest to the bidet instead of the toilet pipes.11. Screw bidet pipe to T-adapter and bidet pieceThis is where I went wrong the first time, I didn't screw on the pipe to the T-adapter right the first time and when I cut my water back on, it sprayed (hence having the towel). The screw bolt should neatly go up all the way and you can honestly tell when it's right.12. Then turn your water back on and test it outHere are some notes:Contrary to what other reviews have said, you can control the speed of the water. You just have to slowly turn the knob and the water pressure can be adjusted.I've not of fan of the front wash as at higher pressure it shoots out over my toilet and doesn't really hit me. And when it does, it sprays all over the seat. Because of this, I've been sticking to the rear one and I like it a lot better. It cleans me well and works great in my opinion.Definitely great value for me from the sale I got.Just be aware that if you buying this during winter time, the water will be cold so just be prepared for that. It's going to be a lot better to use during the summer rather than winter.I think this has convinced me to buy a super heated fancy one, eventually, but this is a great starter for me.

Cheap, works perfect
I rarely make reviews.. I bought this a few months ago.. works perfect.. Then for my other bathroom, I decided to buy a 400 dollar bidet.. you know, all the bells and whistles, drys etc.. To be 100% honest, i love This one (one 10th the price) one so much better.. Turn the knob one way, cleans front, other way, back. Turn the knob more, more pressure etc.. Simple and works..

sturdy
I love its minimalist design, ease of use and self-cleaning feature. The benefits are numerous! This bidet is so easy to use. It runs perfectly and works beyond my expectations. Not much of a problem. Can't even imagine life without it now. I have ordered a second one and will be receiving it soon!

Great purchase
This bidet is great. Very easy to install and use. I was skeptical at first but I seen it on sale and went for it. I’m very happy with it. Ease of use as well.

This item requires specific fittings to install.
A very good concept and the unit itself is easy on the eyes. My only issue was sourcing the correct sizes of fittings to install. This took months but once gotten, installation was a breeze. Works well.
