Somewhat misleading picture, otherwise ya get what you see
So these are dehydrated vegetables which can be useful for a number of applications. Soups, seasoning, stir fry, though no salads as the vegetables are somewhat hard to the tooth and benefit from cooking. Mine arrived in good shape and securely sealed but hilariously less full than the product picture. Yes of course it's by weight, so can't ding them too hard on that. The label is different than pictured as well, and doesn't mention non-GMO, Kosher, etc. It has a nice taste, and as you'd expect it works well when called for.At the end of the day, you know what you're getting if you want this, and it'll serve your needs. They probably need to make the ad match the reality a little better, though.

Add to soup
Boil these then add stuff. Better for a healthy addition to other foods. I'm happy with a little thought it takes creative ideas to a new level.
