I fried samosa and fries and it crisped perfectly with almost no oil, enough for a big family , very easy to handle...shake reminder feature helps a lot which is was not there in my old fryer... this is the most stylish & advanced air fryer I have ever seen ....loving it and highly recommended !!!!

One basket stopped working under two months of purchase.
I purchased this unit just two months ago, and the right side basket has already stopped working. It keeps displaying the error message “CLOSE BASKET” even though the basket is fully closed and properly aligned.I have tried contacting the third party service provider using the phone number and email provided by Amazon, but no one has responded to my calls for the past three days, and my email remains unanswered.This is extremely frustrating for a product that’s so new. I would appreciate prompt support to resolve this issue.
