Cross trainer doesn't budge!
Excellent item, I'm using it for my cross trainer on quite a thick carpet - it doesn't move or slide about at all and makes my trainer feel more robust with not much wobble either which is great. Previously I was using the foam interlocking squares and they were terrible, this is a great upgrade and worth the money

Super Grippy!
Not had a mat like this before. I was sliding around the laminate floor while performing various exercise so I purchased this mat to try and stop sliding about. It definitely works. It also lays flat and does not trip you up at the edges. In some images it looked like one of those exercise mats for ab crunches. It looked like those thick cushiony foamy mats that curl up and slide across the floor. It’s nothing like that. It’s about half that thickness and rolls straight out and lays flat and grips straight to the floor. It has a rubber texture both sides. So not only does it grip the floor, it also grips to your feet. I definitely feel safe during heavy lifts now. Very good quality and a great price. Highly recommended.

Great floor protection, seems to be lasting well.
I needed a decent mat to protect the wooden floor beneath my treadmill. This is perfect. Delivered well. Is non-slip, fits under my treadmill perfectly and adds the floor protection if needed.

Great Quality!
This mat is great! It’s thick yet lightweight and easy to roll up. Great cushion for my treadmill and other exercise equipment, very low level noise generated from my treadmill. This mat helps as I have laminated flooring, equipment is in my bedroom which is upstairs. I highly recommend.

Good sturdy product
Good product and ideal for the summer house gym which I have set up. Thick enough to cope with vibration through a treadmill and cycle etc. Very pleased and speedy delivery.

Decent size for floor work, as well as being cushioning for high impact exercises. Rolls up tidily and does not stay curled when unrolled.
