I had to have a week antibiotic treatment for H.pylori and even before that I’ve suffered from chronic GERD and ulcers that come and went and my doctor said I still had lots of sores and irritations lined in my stomach and that there wasn’t much good bacteria left than there were bad. So after a week of triple therapy, you can guess my stomach was really messed up. I couldn’t eat or drink without feeling full and a banana in the morning could keep me full for two days. So My doctor decided I should take probiotics and preferably with prebiotic and digestive enzymes. I’m not sure how long it took but I did start eating a lot on the first day I took the probiotic and other supplement so for me it worked immediately and I was back to my normal eating habits within about 2 days. Recommend anyone with specific ailments to take them. I did suffer from bloating but I wasn’t sure if it was from probiotic or just my condition but it was only minor and was gone by 3rd day.

these are great !!!!! i have been taking 2 of these a day for a week and i have lost weight !!! at the begining of the week i weighed 20 stone 9 i now weigh 20 stone 4 i am so pleased i have been on medication to loose weight for months and not much happened but i watched a program about identical twins who had been medical monitored all there life one was thin and the other over weight the only difference between the two was the pre and probiotics in there gut ,so i stopped taking my weight loss medication and only took these and I LOST WEIGHT!!!! and my tummy has been less bloated i will continue to take these and will definatly reorder ..give these a try they even offer you a full money back garentee..i dont see any other company offering the same allso these are the only ones i have found which say they have pro and pre biotics in them and time released so they reach the gut where needed and not just distroyed in the tummy when normaly injested...deffinatly highly recomend you try them ......AAAA***** product.

THIS REALLY HAS HELPED MY DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS, I AM VERY ACIDY AND YEASTY AND THAT CAUSES ALL SORTS OF PAIN AND PROBLEMS. I AM TRYING TO HELP MYSELF AS THE DOCTORS MEDICATION ONLY MAKES ME FEEL WORSE SO I AM GOING THE LONG ROAD OF SELF HELP. THESE MAKE ME FEEL BETTER LIGHTER MORE ENERGETIC AND ENCOURAGE ME TO GET BETTER, IT IS A LONG ROAD TO HEALING AFTER YEARS OF VERY POOR EATING AND STRESS. Definitely does the job. Good price too. Liked that it has 15 strains in it. Not happy that it has maltodextrin in it though.There are plenty out there without. If you make one without then I'll be back for more.

I do feel satiated which is something I did not feel with other brand. This means for me that I do not eat so much and whilst I do eat healthy it makes it easier to watch my diet.>> Mentally I have felt calmer and less irritated. So in some aspects it is true that what you eat affects the way/who you are.

I liked the sound of the time release capsules and the high level of bacteria and the variety of strains but I hadn't realised these contained inulin which didn't suit me as I suffer from IBS. Inulin, I have since read, acts as fuel for the bacteria, but if you already have an imbalance of bad bacteria it can feed them and cause them to multiply. I suspect I must have some 'bad' bacteria since these seemed to exacerbate my symptoms more than other probiotics without inulin which I have tried and will go back to.

Good product

This probiotic ticked most of my boxes, a good broad range of strains, a decent CFU count, good price, well packaged and third party tested, no unnecessary additives and it even passed the milk test which I always do when trying new probiotics just to make sure that at least the bacteria capable of forming yoghurt are still alive and therefore hopefully so are the rest. The probiotics come well packaged with good information, my only negative is the addition of zinc 10mg per capsule which I would prefer wasn't added because as with many people I take a multivitamin which as with all multivitamins already has zinc added at a decent amount, so am conscious of taking too much zinc. If they removed the zinc then this would tick all my boxes for an excellent probiotic.
