I like this stuff. Some reports say diarrhea as a side effect, but I do not experience it. It does help me sleep and relax muscles which is a good thing. I do recommend.

I use other Qunol products and decided to give these a try but have not noticed much of a difference in my sleep pattern but the quality of sleep seems to have improved. I am retired military and spent many years as a shift worker so, having an interrupted sleeping pattern is sort of normal for me but, being able to sleep soundly is an improvement. Maybe with time, things will gradually improve and I will sleep more than a few hours at a time.

I appears to be doing well with the product. Some of my other meds reduce the magnesium in my body. So this supplement is effective and important.
