These work so well. Almost immediately noticed less gas and bloat in my stomach. Yes they are a bit pricey but worth it.

I see no relief or curbing of any desire for sweets. The best pro and prebiotic I’ve ever tried is the $10 for 30 tablets from Trader Joe’s. It’s a miracle.

I’ve been using the Synbiotic pre, pro, and postbiotic capsules for just over a month now, and I’m seriously impressed! I just bought another bag :) These capsules have totally rebalanced and restored my gut health. The essentials-only formula gives my digestion the broad support it needs and has made a big difference. I'm really impressed that it allows me to maintain that "morning skinny" look throughout the whole day. My digestion is way smoother, and I feel like my overall immunity has definitely gotten stronger. It's amazing how quickly things turned around for me with this supplement. I recently took them on vacation and usually I get super bloated, inflamed and tired on vacation due to a change in diet and an increase in alcohol consumption, but I felt so light, energized and ready to go every single day! I also thought for sure I would get sick with travelling, jet lag, lack of sleep, etc, but I think it helped boost my immunity enough to keep me healthy!All in all, this is exactly what I needed to turn my gut health around and start to heal my body from the inside out. I wanted to give this 3-in-1 a try, knowing that bacteria was good for my gut. I didn't think I would notice a significant difference — but I did. I've been using these capsules to help improve my gut health and have noticed an improvement with regularity and reduced bloating within the first week or so! The capsules themselves don't have any weird flavor and they are not super big which some supplements are, so its been easy to take them as part of my morning vitamin routine.
