I had been wanting to to get more chamomile tea for a while after our local coop stop carrying it, especially after I got it before playing an open mic and I noticed it made me calmer and my mouth was not al all dry after drinking the chamomile which is greats for a singer songwriter who is nervous like me . After reading several studies highlighting its benefits. Beyond its health properties, I also just love the aesthetic appeal—watching the delicate yellow flowers bloom as they steep is a simple pleasure.After extensive research, I opted for Egyptian chamomile over German chamomile. While both varieties come from the Matricaria species, Egyptian chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is often preferred for its larger, more intact flower heads, which contribute to a smoother and more potent infusion. Another reason I chose this variety is that some people report allergic reactions to German chamomile (Matricaria recutita), though this varies from person to person.One major concern when purchasing loose chamomile flowers is quality control, and I was particularly careful about this. Many chamomile sellers on Amazon have alarming reports of insect contamination, which is unfortunately common in poorly processed batches. This specific brand stood out because it had no such complaints, and after thoroughly inspecting my purchase, I found it to be clean and well-preserved.Another issue with loose chamomile is dog chamomile (Anthemis cotula), a similar-looking but unrelated plant that sometimes gets mixed in with lower-quality batches. Dog chamomile has a harsh, unpleasant bitterness that can ruin the delicate floral sweetness of true chamomile tea. Thankfully, my batch was free from this contamination, and I was able to enjoy the soft, honey-like aroma and flavor of pure chamomile.One of the best things about this tea is how well it holds up to multiple infusions. I can steep the same flowers two to three times and still get a pleasantly mild, golden brew. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase—it’s a high-quality, fresh, and pure chamomile tea that has made a lovely addition to tea routine.

This is my first purchase from J Mac Botanicals, and really, my first time for using Organic Rose Hips. These taste and smell wonderful. The color is great. They seem fresh and of good quality. I only bought the 8oz bag to start with as I didn't know if it would be a product I liked or wanted to work with. They seem to be grown and harvested in healthy harvesting conditions. It can be hard to tell when you don't know anything about the company you're buying from. When I learned of all the health benefits, I knew I wanted to add it to one of my Fire Ciders for this winter. I'm making a few different types. One for general health, focusing on Joint, Bone, Digestive, Eye, and Stess. A regular daily Fire Cider, and a one for when you actually get sick. The Rose hips will go in the first one. I look forward to adding this to my regular tea rotation.

St. Johns Wort, bulk.Tried this after another bulk vendor I had been ordering from was out of stock.The quality is superior ---fresh appearance, well blended, very few stems, and well packaged. This tea is stronger than the other I had been ordering, and a bit less bitter. It also costs considerably less.I will definitely be ordering from this supplier from now on! Highly recommend.

I truly love this calendula. You can tell it’s organic just by looking at it the petals are bright, clean, and smell gently sweet, like something freshly picked. I’ve used it to make oils, balms, and even tea, and it never disappoints. It infuses beautifully and feels safe and soothing on the skin. As someone who works with natural products, quality really matters, definitely keep coming back for more.

I’m picky about my nettle tea but this one checks all the boxes. It is organic. There are not a lot of sticks as there are in some of the others. Good, strong flavor but not overwhelming. I will purchase again. Excellent price for what you get.
