Flexibility of back rest is also doing good.Fabric was okay both seat and back rest . Headrest not good not bad it's okay.You feel that comfort while spending a long working hours daily I'll use it around 10hrs .It's good for me .And the wheel and hydraulic cylinder functionality was good.Then came here warrenty.Manufacturer support warranty for 3 years . Recently I claimed a warrenty for a part every thing processed smoothly. For warranty claim you need to call or message via whatsapp, number will be inthe user manual .

This i the worst quality product the chair i bought on 10 April 2025 on tje day of delivery its whell base is defective i get the replacement of wheels base and this is my wheel look it tje quality the gas lift is worth cheap quality I would recommend don’t buy thos at all better go ad buy from offline i got it for 5100 rs i never recommend this chair to anyone no never I can’t upload a video of it defects..( Date 18 may 2025 i got the replacements of the wheels base and for now it good and i cant say about in feature it give me problems ir not but now its ok and the customer service is good and responsive

Really happy with the chair. Packaging was great. Been using it for 3 months now and it's performing good. Loved the wheels, because they are very smooth. Adjustable hand rests are definitely very helpful for resting the arms in the right height.Additionally I was really impressed with their services. One hand rest's height adjusting mechanism was faulty but after reaching out to their service number, they verified the issue and immediately sent new replacement part. Their responses are also very prompt.

This is a high-quality product at a reasonable price and offers great comfort. The customer service is excellent. After 2.6 years, I noticed some damage to the back support portion. I contacted them via WhatsApp regarding the warranty, and after reviewing the images I sent, they promptly sent me a replacement back support at no extra cost within a few days. Very satisfied with the product and their after-sales support.

The chair is quite comfortable, with good lumbar support and a stylish ergonomic design, perfect for long working hours.A few months into use, the plastic back support screen holders broke, which was disappointing. However, what really stood out was Da URBAN’s excellent post-sales support. I reached out under the 3-year warranty, and they promptly replaced the broken part free of cost, without any hassle.Overall, a great product backed by a responsive support team. Highly recommend this chair — not just for its comfort and design, but also for the outstanding customer service that backs it!

When I received the chair, one of the handrest had a crack and it was broken but thanks to the customer care as they sent me a new pair of handrests within 4-5 days. Quality of the chair is decent only the handrests are a bit loose but overall the comfort is good also it has great back support. Assembling the chair was a quick job.

Good chair, but wheels on base already not working in just 10 months. Also bought it for 7000, now its only 4799 /-. Definitely not worth 7k considering its quality. Looks premium but quality not upto mark.
