Noodle review
Absolutely love these noodles. They do not taste horrible, they are pretty low carb and are simple enough to cook. Absolutely would buy them repeatedly.

I think I have a new second favorite type of noodles! They don’t take too long to cook and they seem to sit well and they have an odd color but it enhances the flavor. I like the fact that I can use them in a soup or veggie bowl and can even stir fry them. I like the consistency/texture and they taste great. Good quality, versatile, if you let the temperature cool down a bit, you could even put them in a cold noodle bowl after rinsing with a little olive oil — excellent product. Best served with squash, the flavors seem to complement each other. Would buy again.

Not the Best Quality but Good Bang for your Buck
You get a lot of soba for the money spent. It's not the best quality soba but it gets the job done. Like most soba packages, each serving size is wrapped by portion. I did notice these noodles are slightly smaller in length. The flavor is okay, nothing too spectacular.This is a good buy if you are looking for quantity over quality. Thats not to say it isn't good soba, but there are better brands of quality. Would I buy this again? Yes.

Excellent quality and flavor
These buckwheat soba noodles are tasty and satisfying on a hot summer day. They are served cold with a Japanese soy sauce type of liquid. Great flavor, good nutrition, and easy to prepare.

Its mainly wheat noodles
Description shows nutritional info and ingredients which are too small to see. When I looked at the actual package, wheat is listed as the first ingredient. It states one bundle has 0 fiber! Is there really buckwheat in there? It tastes great but will not buy again.
