Seems to work ok with previous generation irrigators.
Initially apprehensive if these would fit an OralB Oxyjet irrigator as another review talked about adapters.Item ordered, arrived and currently in use with my Oxyjet irrigator.The only negative point relates to design, the jet tip contains a sprung mechanism. When the tip is fully protruded water jet pressure is at its maximum. Whilst navigating it around teeth it proves just a little too easy to depress the tip which engages the low pressure position.(I presume to prevent you from blasting your gums to shreds.)

Difficult to review the spigot on there own but the whole unit if brilliant at removing tarter leaving your mouth feeling fresh
