No, you don't need to add any other spice to the chicken/meat/fish, not even salt. This product is designed for extreme convenience of the customer. So, just add a little bit of cooking oil to chicken/meat/fish to make it sticky and then add the rub to it (at the recommended quantity), and marinate for 15-30 minutes. This completes the marination process.

Naga King Chilli is only used in the product Hot & Sweet Chicken Rub and it is sourced from farmers of Nagaland.

Q: How to use this product?

This product has been designed to make cooking as simple as possible. You can cook delicious meat/fish/chicken fry, bbq, grill, tandoori or gravy in just 3 simple steps: 1. Take medium sized chicken/meat/fish pieces, wash and drain the water properly. 2. Pour 2-3 teaspoons of cooking oil or butter and 25g* (8-9 teaspoons for 500g chicken/meat/fish) of Laajawab Rub over the pieces and marinate for 30 mins. No need to add any Salt or Spices. 3. Using skewers cook in a grill/tandoor/bbq until tender. Alternatively, for fried recipe, preheat mustard oil (5-6 teaspoons) in a pan and fry the marinated Chicken/meat/fish pieces for 10-15 mins in low flame. For Gravy recipes, fry the required vegetables along with the marinated pieces (add a bit of salt according to taste) and then put some water accordingly and cook until tender. Serve hot.
