Very useful
The media could not be loaded. This serum is like a breath of fresh air for my oily scalp it's easy to apply and has significantly reduced sebum production my hair has never looked this good

Highly recommended
The media could not be loaded. i've tried so many scalp products but this one is a game changer the 1% salicylic acid really unclogs my pores and keeps my oily scalp under control and my hair feels healthier and looks amazing

let down
the package came cracked. the applicator was flimsy and the quantity was way too little considering you need to use so much. and it doesn’t work at all

Product hopefully is good but packaging very bad
I bought this based upon a youtube video to control dandruff. .. used it two times across 14 days. After shampooing applying the product reduces frizzinesss and feels good. dandruff control is yet to happen. The bad thing is the hopeless packaging... No way to close it. already exchanged due to broken cap and second time they send a nozzle which can never be closed. Hence the colour of the product is changing

Did nothing for my oily scalp
Did nothing for my scalp. It does have watery texture, but after applying your hair feels sticky. I tried applying it on a clean dry scalp, before going to sleep, and even on 80% dry hairs. Same result. Mild fragrance. Would not recommend.

Instructions are not clear.
I was about to give this product 1 star as it didn't work on my scalp, then I realised that I wasn't using it properly as I was using it in the night to washout the next day, but I have to use it just after washing the scalp and keep it on and I did the same and the result was really good as my scalp produces lot of sebum. It really worked for me, so use it as it's supposed to be used.
