Easy to do and fast results

Absolute garbage - Results are not accurate
This kit was easy to use and the results came back quickly. Unfortunately the kit showed the result of mid 30's. My actual blood taken by NHS showed 14 higher. This kit is a complete sham. Avoid.

Easy to use
This is a great product for checking long term diabetes HbA1c levels. It is very easy to use with simple and clear instructions. You get the result very quickly, I sent mine off at 6pm on Monday and I had the result by Wednesday lunchtime. Great value for money and if you need to contact them they are helpful and easy to talk to.

Avoid if you want to get a result!
Test arrived as promised and was recorded as received at the lab the next day. But 5 days in I no results. I have chased by email (no response). Finally found a phone number and called. Very helpful lady checked and assured me results would be with me by 6pm. Still waiting ………. If I ever receive a result. I don’t think I would trust it so money wasted. Will go back to my previous provider. Only moves as these tests are cheaper. Now I know why!

The test was very easy to use and I got the results quickly. They kept me informed along the process. The result was accurate, it matched the one from my doctor's. Very good VFM.

Excellent customer service
Test was easy to use but it did take a while to extract the blood. Easy to post and register online. Really helpful customer service team. I made a mistake on registering the test, really quick reply on the what’s app number.

Very quick results
I used this to check on my HbA1C levels between my check up from my doctor. I received the kit quickly, the instructions were easy to follow. I took my blood on Monday morning to get the sample in the post for 9am and I received my results on Tuesday afternoon. The service from this company has been very good.

Waste of money
Just ended up with blood all over my fingers, none in the vial. Not at all easy to collect the blood.
