Awful!!!! I would not buy it again or if I was you
If I could give this 0 stars or negative I would do so. Didn’t work. Tasted like cardboard. Small small box. Maybe 3 bowlfuls? The price is outrageous for what it says it will do. You could possibly ignore the taste if it worked and price cheaper just to get your fiber in but seriously doesn’t work. My friend tried a few bites and spit it out. What did work tho… my stomach hurt for several hours. I wouldn’t waste your money. It’s too expensive for the size, taste, description of what it does. Wish I could get my money back but Amazon said no.

Excellent
I do not normally write in depth reviews but I feel this product deserves it. I read all the reviews before purchasing this product and was hesitant to make the purchase. The cost seemed extremely high at the time, but the relief I have gotten from this product is worth every penny. I do not know how long I can afford it, but will continue to buy as long as I can fit it into my budget. I do a fourth of a bowl in the evening because this is the time of day when my system is most active. I have been doing this every night for the last 4 nights and I have been regular the last two days.As far as flavor goes, I got the honey one and the flavor is delicious. Way better than what I expected of a cereal this high in fiber.Now about the comments on the name, my personal opinion is: great job. I do not know if I would have even looked at this cereal if the name hadn't caught my attention.For anyone who hasn't experienced the pain and stress that low fiber causes, consider yourself blessed. As for me this cereal is a God send. Thank you to all the people involved in providing a product that will help so many. Thanks!

It’s high fiber that’s for sure!
It’s high fiber however why the added sugar and such high carbs for such a little amount. But despite the health benefits my biggest issue with this is the egregious price for what you get and if you eat it by the recommended servings size this just isn’t worth it to me honestly I will not buy again mainly for the price and amount you get.It also just tastes okay but I didn’t expect the taste to blow me away knowing it was supposed to be semi healthy.

Tastes ok, but works like a champ
The taste of this cereal is not the best but not terrible. I was actually expecting it to taste worse and so I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it. I does have somewhat of a cardboard aftertaste but I think that is to be expected from a cereal like this. What I can tell you is that it most definitely gets the job done.

They definitely made me poop! Had explosive diarrhea for 2 days! Worse as advertised!

Tastes like cardboard
So considering the amount of fiber I assumed it would taste like honey zested cardboard and for the most part I was correct. It does make a good granola for yogurt. Probably won't purchase again, but at least it won't go to waste
