These are easy to swallow. I can not honestly tell if it takes away pain, because I also take other supplements. Taking these makes me feel I'm on the right path, because I'm not going down without a fight. That's just me.

She also puts her patients with progressive neurological diseases on a daily regimen of both supplements.When purchasing supplements do your homework. Not only is there a lot of BS out there (ok, mostly BS) not all are made to the same standards. A recent report had over 60% of the brands tested containing less active ingredient or in a large number NO active ingredient as claimed. So do your homework and expect to pay a bit more to get the real deal.No one can promise that this supplement is a magic bullet that will cure your ills but it does show promise. If you are reading this and suffer from a progressive neurological disease always check with your doctor first before taking ANY supplement.

Not quite sure how you rate a healthy aging product? I'm still alive at seventy-five, doc says I'm healthy. Long before using this and other healthy aging products, I had the kind of stroke that makes neurologists wince just hearing about it. I only take one pill a day, not the recommended (by maker) two.

After some research into suppliments, I found these aligned with what I was looking for. After a month I can can say that I feel a difference.

It's hard to rate supplements as you can't always know what is creating improvements or if it is some placebo effect. Having said that, my energy is strong and everyone notes how youthful and vibrant I seem to be. I see this as one part of how I am achieving that.

I have been researching and taking this supplement for a decade. This is the best combo and really affordable. I only wish it was third party tested.

I am concerned about the quality control. I was not made aware of any changes to the product. Please advise.
