When reviewing any product with a holistic quality, I like to play the long game. I started taking this product about 6 months ago. I initially started with the period sos (which I do prefer due to the texture). I've had a hard time finding that one on Amazon. The period SOS is the exact same ingredients with a more balm like consistency.At first the product didn't seem to work. I did like the warming effect while on those heavy menopausal cycles I tend to get. I did exactly as the Instructions say. That's alot of product and it is rather expensive. After a month I combined using this product every day, twice a day with a lipsomal menopausal support vitamin, Myo and D chiro inositol (which I mix with collagen into my cold brew every morning). This is my "holy grail". I have never felt better. My mood swings are GONE, hot flashes GONE, hair loss slowed, dry irritated skin GONE. I could go on about how much this product has helped me. Here is how I apply. I do NOT follow the printed instructions. It's far too much product for me. I simply dip the tip of my finger (washed n cleaned) into the product (just the tip ladies haha). Then apply a portion to inside of each elbow (remember it has a warming effect yall). I do this in the morning before work and the evening before bed. I do switch spots with my wrists and sometimes my lower stomach. That little amount is all you really need. This is not a cure all. It helps in conjunction with other types of support. It may not work for everyone but does wonders for me. I also use an ionic liquid magnesium in my water which helps with the sleep problems.I hope this helps someone out there feel more like they used to and alot less crappy. Remember I didn't see immediate results and almost gave up. I stuck with it, made some personal tweeks and I feel 20 years younger. I am eager to try it. But mine came in a bad condition it was overflowing I guess for being exposed to too much heated conditions…. I order a replacement hopefully will come good this time… Will update this review once I try it…. UPDATE!!!! 14june23. I received my replacement it all came fine this time, and now I am trying it, will see how it goes… Consistency is grainy but it’s ok the seller said it’s normal in some batches and that they will get a smooth consistency batch in July so I’ll like to get that instead. Will keep updating this review once I see results.

I was excited to try this product because I don’t sleep great. The first night a tried it was the first full night’s sleep I’ve had in…I can’t remember how long. The scent is pleasant. I use it nightly before going to bed. I look forward to gaining energy back as I recoup from years of lost sleep!

This is more like a thick paste. The lid came cracked but this stuff is so thick it isnt drying out. Doesnt smell good, just so-so. Won't buy again. No effects noticed.
