Better than sone of the other products that i’ve tried.

This creatine does what it’s supposed to, but it doesn’t absorb as easily as some others I’ve tried. That said, it’s priced better than most, and if you stay hydrated and work out consistently, it definitely delivers results. Worth it if you’re looking for performance on a budget.
