Horrible product and it is non-returnable. Tried it for 4 days and it did not help me fall asleep quickly, it certainly did not keep me asleep through the night, and every morning when I woke up I was sick to my stomach. I love the flavor and I think it helps in conjunction with the Zzzquil I take.

I used these for the first time while traveling across time zones. I had zero jet lag. I did use two strips because I wanted to make sure they worked. They worked extremely well, I felt rested and alert the next day. They are a little pricey to use every day but I wouldn’t travel without them.

Not a huge fan of the flavor BUT they work fast and I wake up feeling great
