I’m so excited. I’ve been ordering from this company’s traditional sales channnel. It’s almost always late (by weeks)and full of gross selections. This showed up early and has all kinds of items I’ve never seen before but look awesome. In short I’ve found Amazon to be vendor that provides great service great selections. I’m fine with none of the feel good upsells the vendor provides as value add. Having the product in hand is what makes the difference. Oh, and cheaper.

Well!!! I tried it. Jenny Craig had just gone under and I needed a quick diet jump start so I tried the Nutrisystem programs that were for sale on Amazon. For the money I ordered the seven day jumpstart, frozen and seven day non-frozen and found that I was hungry all day and if you’re ok eating carbs and losing weight, then this would be a great way to lose weight but for me, I was not comfortable consuming all those carbs and everything they had was carbs and a lot of them. The frozen was a little bit better but again most of it was carbs and I found myself starved pretty much all day and initially I lost about 7 pounds but I just stopped ordering it and went back to regular food consumption and for me protein is the way to go, so no more processed food products and if you’re really into your health, I don’t really recommend these programs. Yes, you might be able to initially drop weight but it’s really no way to live your life because as soon as you stop, that’s it the weight comes back on almost immediately , our bodies are designed to eat from before and now the five food groups and carbs turn to sugars turn to fat and it’s not good proteins, vegetables, grains, fruits, and fat. That’s why Golo works so well for so many people. I just don’t enjoy cooking, but I feel much better not being on anything needs to be defrosted to eat and it is a good deal. I don’t know what it is when you order actually through their website but I imagine it’s probably a lot more so you got a look at the ingredients and the list of ingredients is pretty scary, and you wonder exactly what it is you’re really eating but they now have corn at the market and Jenny Craig is no longer in business which is a shame because they offer so many different programs and I did extremely well five years ago on their program, but it is costly and I think that’s what hurt them the most and I didn’t see them try to revamp their products to reduce the cost and keep them in business and boy was I shocked there I go to start calling my old counselor only to find out That they went out of business, but keep in mind that this is something Amazon sells. It’s not an Amazon product. Amazon does have some very good meal replacement shakes and protein bars and they’re extremely reasonable. Very low in fat high in protein, so I always make sure I’m stocked up.

I have ordered this product before and it’s very good. My order was delivered very fast. It was packaged very good. Love it.

It's about 20% more than I usually spend for a 7 day meal plan from Nutrisystem, but at the same time, the meals provided are excellent, a vast improvement over their basic selections...

Frozen food arrived totally thawed. This was a waste of money, ice cream like water, foods mushy.

Price per item is high. Food is good. Just simple small portions of diet food.

First of all, I am a a person who reads reviews. I use the reviews of others to inform my decision. I’m so glad I didn’t let the reviews influence me which stated that you receive duplicate items. Nutrisystem states this right there in “Features and Details” section that items in your box may vary (pic attached). I did received a few duplicate items, but this was clearly disclosed.With that said, I have enjoyed everything in this box and more importantly, I have finally started losing weight again. I lost 40 pounds two years ago but have been struggling during these two years to lose the last 10 to 15 pounds. I have always heard about Nutrisystem but for some reason, never tried it. I’m so glad I finally did. I lost three pounds in the 1 1/2 weeks since I started. The food is delicious to me. The first box I ordered was the one with the shelf stable food. After liking that, I tried the frozen food, which is definitely a step up.These are pre-packaged processed meals. If you have a problem with that, Nutrisystem is not for you. If you’re okay with that and barring any medical condition, you will lose weight if you follow the program exactly. You also need to know that you must supplement these meals with your own fruits, vegetables, and also things like yogurt, eggs, nuts, nonfat milk, condiments, etc. (the variety is endless). You are eating at least 6 times per day with meals and snacks. This helps keep the hunger at bay. The portion sizes are small, but this is all the food you need if you are trying to lose weight. I always add a steamed or sautéed vegetable as a side dish to meals to make it appear bigger.Also, if budget is a big concern, you will need to weigh that against the benefits.I am choosing to order here on Amazon as I do not want to be locked in to an auto-shipment. I just ordered a third box. I am loving this plan!

I received only partial amounts of food.No dinners just pizza on flat bread and some were circular. Also one macaroni and cheese, one hamburger and one meatloaf. Then about 20 pieces of lunches pies or chicken pies folded pies. This box contained 3 dessert 1 ice cream, cupcake and cookie. Few breakfast items
