Great Product!
This product will keep your GI system working well. We have been using it for about 4 months now and will continue to order it every month! Everyone needs to be healthy and it all starts in the GI track!

No longer use these, but still a solid product
This is what I took for over a decade. Recently I switched out of necessity to a product that can be dissolved in water and drank because I needed a much larger dose of dietary fiber daily. But assuming you don't need a very large amount, this is a great product. Flavor/odorless, easy to swallow gel caps.
