Hello All,I've used this Nature's Bounty brand for a few years now, first recommended by my father and subsequently under the supervision of my primary physician. Besides the Saw Palmetto being used as a dietary supplement for Urinary Health, past product labels by Nature's Bounty in years gone by also cited it for hair loss purposes for men. Go figure.I always take the capsules with my meals as the product label recommends. Interestingly enough, the back label says you can open the capsule and utilize it as a Tea beverage as well. I find the capsules very easy to swallow with one gulp of liquid, even with another vitamin alongside it.Typically, this bottle size of 450 capsules retails for $29.99 US, but my most recent purchase, the price dropped remarkably to $10.32 US is what I paid for it. That's one-third of the overall price!

Effective And good strength!I take it twice a day, morning and evening. I'll never be without some.I've tried other brands over the years but this one is the best.Money well spent!!!

Too early to tell how well it works as this will take some time to have an effect. However the potency vs price for this product seemed to be about the best value for what it is, and my urologist definitely recommended saw palmetto to me.

Finished one bottle as instructed, didn't feel any sign of improvement to my BPH. Well perhaps it's just not working for me

This is the best Saw Palmetto supplement that I have used. It doesn't smell bad and the price is right.
