Nice big capsules, easy to swallowNot sure if it has an effect yet however it's also not having adverse effectsProduct seems to be good quality, all capsules look the same in terms of coloration, they have a slight yellowish tint (pumpkin seed oil is colorless or very slightly yellow if pure), and have no odor.So far so good

I would recommend taking 1 every other day for a week then wait 2 weeks before taking again. 300mg would be better 3000mg is a bit to much for my digestive system. It works and it's a good product.

And then my fiance was so impressed by the fact that my hair literally grew 2 inches in 2 weeks that he started using them and now his bald spot is completely gone I never knew this oil could be so effective I AM SOLD ‼️ Why don't more people know about this It's amazing The quality is incredible MY HAIR JUST WON'T STOP GROWING AND THAT'S FINE BY ME

Has absolutely helped with the amount of hair shed I was experiencing! I like taking the pills over applying the oil in my hair!

These capsules are excellent BUT HUGE! Beware if you have any swallow issues!
