Very effective. I use it to soothe my pain when i get period cramps or headaches. I take two and it works for a few hours. Seems like a pretty good price for the amount you get in the bottle

It's very cheap Acetaminophen, so there's not much to dislike here. Works just as well as any other brands I've tried. I will say that it's really bitter compared to something like a gel-cap type of pill, so it definitely tastes like medicine, but that's fine. If anything, it might deter a kid from eating too much of it accidentally.
