Turmeric powder in milk has always helped me sleep. Everyone reacts differently depending on body chemistry, but FOR ME, this is even better.

I can tell the difference when I miss a few days. I consider myself quite healthy, but at 72, starting to have a few aches. This with my breakfast really does keep the aches if aging away.

I like the potential Health benefits claimed by the brand. The Suction vial is often clogged with turmeric the next time I need to use it, which makes it an inconvenience to use. I can’t say that it improves my health but I do believer that it’s a healthy choice to add to my daily health conscience routine. Give it a try if you feel the same as me.
