Nice , so much taster and easier than the work out drinks.
I hate pre work drinks if you do get these! Nice burst of eye hen you need then no crash.. in my experience.Try them they are wrapped individually so you can pop into your pack or pocket.Good if you’re a busy person and coffee isn’t cutting it.. just saying 💅🏻 ha ha xxxxxxxxxx

questionable taste
The media could not be loaded. You need Three of the for a portion - the taste is ok on the first one but by the third all you can taste is chemicals. Texture is great and the caffeine hit is great for the gym.

Great on a run!
Three of these when I'm getting a bit low on a long run and I'm flying again. Tasty, and give you a caffeine hit quite quickly. Also vegan so mega bonus points.

Excellent quality
I use the Power Gummies pre training and did it gives me the boost I need. I have tried various gummies and I find the quality of these to be excellent.
