oddball lamp
This is an oddball lamp that has extremely limited application. My local parts stores didn't even have it in their books. Local Caddy dealer would have to have it sent in from Reno. Dealer price was $280. This was $20., and it showed up the next day.

Connects and fits like OEM. Works great.

Buy the OEM
Lasted 3 months before the brake light section went bad. Considering how hard it is to replace this light, you only ever want to replace it once. The OEM is 5 times the cost but I went 8 years on the original with no issues. The left light is still going after 10 years. Buy the OEM.

Worked!!
This product worked!! I was so worried that I would have to end up buying the whole casing which is very expensive. So in this worked and I put it in myself, took about an hour and was astonished that it worked. I spent 20 something dollars to fix my brake light and my Cadillac 2013 XTS vs 200 something plus labor.

Perfect fit
So far, I can't complain about anything. The price was great. It fit perfectly on my 2016 XTS. As far as longevity, we'll see.
