No taste, large but easily swallowed.One thing to add is if you suffer from an inflammatory condition that causes bleeding like some gut conditions (ulcerative colitis, crohns disease), fish oil supplements can reduce clotting ability even if omega 3s are healthy fats and anti inflammatory. I don't think I'll continue using them as I think this risk for me might outweigh the benefits in. This is no fault of the product which seems professionally produced. The more I read, the more I hear about high complex carb diets (veg, fruit, potato starches, rice, some whole grains which results in a high fibre diet and gives less appetite for unhealthy fats/high protein, the standard western diet).
