Works as intends

These are quite big. They are coated so that makes them a little easier going down but just be aware, if you’re someone who has difficulty swallowing pills, that they’re large. I actually only take one a day rather than the two suggested bc they have way more of most things than I need, and I add a couple extra things (another vitamin d and some magnesium.) value is okay.

I came to reorder but these DEVA Tuba Prime Vegan Multivitamin with iron are not available. :(Why!? So disappointed. I hope they will be available soon or that I can find them somewhere else. It maybe that Deva will stop making these because these are so good that maybe the sales of other standalone supplements went down, because if you can take these then all the other supplements simply are not necessary.These have everything you could ever need in terms of vitamins and supplements, definitely cuts down in the amount of supplements being swallowed everyday.

These are a good deal and have almost all the vitamins I need. I’m vegan and these are my standard multi. I also take algae pills for omegas.These are a nice natural vitamin. The downside is they have a bit of smell and are large. I got used to both fast and felt they were best for my health.

I'm so glad I found this vegan multivitamin. This one has so many good ingredients in it for the price. I just ordered more. The pills are large but nothing too bad. Some people might say they have a taste or smell but I find them pretty neutral. I take these about every other day to make them last. They do make your pee kinda greenish greenish-yellow.

Thoroughly enjoyed taking the original multivitamin supplements and now have upgraded to their prime multivitamin. I have plenty of energy and feel confident that my diet is well complimented by this multivitamin. I have seen someone complain about the company not providing an ingredient list, when it is crystal clear in the pictures provided. Just swipe on the pictures, it's all there. And, this is not an end all, be all. You still need to have a healthy diet. Eat balanced meals. These supplements are just that... supplements. Not your actual diet. Don't expect to be able get all your nutrients from a pill and eat junk afterward.

I performed a common absorbancy test on these vitamins: I heated 1/4 cup of white vinegar to 98 degrees, dropped the vitamin in, and stirred every 5 minutes for 30 minutes. Anything that hasn't dissolved after 30 minutes is what will be left in your stomach and excreted. After 30 minutes, only the green coating had dissolved (this coating is probably what gives urine the yellow-green color that other commenters have noted.) I gave it another 10 minutes, and nothing had changed. I pressed on the remaining vitamin HARD with a spoon, and it didn't crumble at all. I repeated this test with a second vitamin from the same bottle with the same results. I encourage others to try this test (or any similar solubility test you prefer) and post your results. If others duplicate these results, these vitamins are worthless. (Note: I tried this same test with Deva Vegan Multivitamin, Mineral Supplement, Tiny Tablets. They dissolved completely in 14 minutes, so they might be a good alternative for people looking for a vegan multivitamin.)
