TASTY AND EASY TO PREPARE
i do not cook this in the plastic bowl they provide. It tastes much nicer cooked in ceramic. I add my own seasoning and a bit of pasta sauce and this is a very nice quick and tasty meal.

May be very good for some. I just don’t like eating rice as much as others.
I’m really not the best person to ask about these types of bowls of rice And beans. I like having tasty bite bags of Madras beans very much. I thought it would be a good idea to have some rice occasionally and that’s why I purchased these. The taste is fine. I would rather have the beans without the rice and that’s only a personal opinion not wanting to sway others opinions

These of the best dinner I have had, they are very healthy for you. Contain lots are great ingredients. Value for money.

No flavor!
I really wanted to like these protein bowls and was very disappointed that the seasoning was lacking. These bowls definitely needed something to brighten the flavor, for example lemon. Everything was kind of muddied and dull in taste.

Feedback on packaging odor and nutrition information
The food quality is good; however, I’m concerned about the packaging. The box has a strong odor, similar to that of a trash can, which makes me wonder if it was made from recycled materials of poor quality. Additionally, I recommend the nutritional information printed on the box should be reviewed and reassessed for accuracy.
