SWAROVSKI Optik NL Pure 8x32 Binocular with Ergonomic Shape, Forehead Rest, and SWAROVISION Technology (Green)

I ordered Swarovski 8x32 NL Pure's which included the forehead rest according to the product description. The forehead rest was NOT included. I contacted Swarovski customer service and they blamed Amazon for placing the forehead rest in the product description and refused to send it. They said they would contact Amazon to fix it. It's over a month now and they never did contact Amazon to fix it. In fact, think about it. This deception is apt to enhance purchases, knowing the customer after having received it won't return it. This is an advertising scam. According to Amazon it's Swarovski's responsibility to make sure the product description is correct, and if not, not only to correct the product description but also to make good on the purchase.

Updates 4/20/23. Still incredibly AWESOME PERFORMANCE!!!!!!! I use them almost daily, and there has been no problems at all. Still performing like the day I took the binocular out of the box! One thing I did not realize until I used it for a while is the incredible field of view! With prior binoculars, when I was watching small, very flitty birds I would often lose them in my view and have to lower the binocular to view with my naked eye to find it again then raise the binocular to find the bird again (hopefully). Hardly an issue with the 8x32 NL Pure, because the field of view is so large I can follow the flitting bird. Much less often do I lose sight of a bird I am watching! All the rest from my original review below is still very true!Original review from 8/12/22 , Here is a shout out for the 8x32! This NL pure is perfect for what I do!!! As all the other reviews say the optical and ergonomic performance are incredible, so enough on that. I prefer the 8x32 because I am a wildlife watcher; I find an animal, and then watch the individual for as long as it is there. So tired shoulders from holding the binocular up for long periods of time means lighter is better (32 mm objective lens instead of 42 mm or larger). I also like a very steady image, so I can concentrate on details like insects birds are carrying to their young , feather ware and scars on squirrels. The 8x32.'s steady image are ideal for those uses!!! I did buy the forehead rest, but I already rest my binocular against the inside, top edge of my eye orbital bones, however, for long periodsof viewing, when my shouldersare fatigued, the foreheadrest really helps stabilizethe imagefor longer viewing. It was better when holding with one hand, too. I'm not sure if it is under warranty, and the plastic seems like it might break, but maybe it is tougher than it looks. I'd say it should be metal, but on cold days that would chill the forehead. Something for Swarovski to improve, which I am sure the will somehow.This is absolutely, hands down the best binocular on the market for my uses, and well worth the money!!!
