I take zinc everyday because of tinnitus. But taking zinc for long periods can deplete copper. Hence i take copper to balance out. Healthy hey vitamins etc are good but I wish they give a simple packaging and lower the vitamins /herbs etc prices.

Used it as a wellness and energising supplement and am very satisfied. Well packaged product, good number of capsules, every effective results

It's a good supplement many people don't understand that You need good zinc to copper ratio to be Healthy and this supplement helps a lot since it's hard to find food sources which are rich in copper if you are vegan or vegetarian. The quality is good and it's chelated so it's better absorbed

Is this a copper supplement or a green tea supplement ? I'm copper deficient, but taking this supplement, instead of making me feel good or something, it makes me feel drowsy, irritated & even makes my eyelids twitch just because of the caffeine content. I really should have believed the internet when it said that green tea extract supplements are just harmful for the body. This simply just has been a total waste of my money !!

The product seems to be overpriced

I eat almost one mont but not see result yet....i will edit mu review again...
